We are celebrating!! Today is one year that Delray 817 An Event Venue in the historic Haymarket in Lincoln, Nebraska has been under new ownership! Our owner, Alicia Happ, wants to thank everyone who has been on this journey with her and her staff this past year and thank all of the amazing clients who have hosted and will be hosting their events with D8!

Delray 817 is a warehouse venue built in 1903, located in the Historic Haymarket in Lincon Nebraska. Our venue can host private and public events with seated guests up to 325 and cocktail guests up to 695. We look forward to helping you plan your event!

Another small change at 817! If we could we would expose every brick interior wall we could! This back wall holds our breaker boxes so we have to keep it covered. We decided to replace the red velvet curtains with classic black and we are so happy with the update!
