We know right now is a scary time for our financial health as well as our physical, and we're here with and for you.

Our currently policy as we are working through this too is to pause all payment plans currently until after the pandemic to ease financial strains on our clients. There will be no fees, no late charges, no penalties, no interest added to ANY invoice currently until the pandemic quarantines lift.

After the quarantines end we will be working with all our clientele to see their plans for rescheduling their events, and what information needs to change on their contracts.

Ideally we will be able to keep the same services, and people as originally scheduled, at the same prices that were booked.

While the contract states that all deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, we understand this is exceptional circumstances...

In the event you decide not to reschedule your wedding or event, we will be providing a credit for our company in the full amount of your deposits available for 18 months from the days the quarantine lift. These credits can be used for any service or event, and can be transferred to friends and family.

We're interested in thoughts and feedback from our families as we move forward on how best to serve you.

Like every business we're trying to balance taking care of our customers and our staff while keeping our business afloat

This is very much the Philosophy behind the turning page. That there are moments where our lives are divided into before this and after this, and the page of our story turns to a new chapter... 61 years ago my grandparents married and the page turned. Yesterday morning my grandfather kissed her for the last time, as we said goodbye, and another page turned for all of us, and the story will hold less joy from now on. 💜 the studio will be closed this week as we make preparations and arrangements to say goodbye. We appreciate your understanding if we are slow to respond this week.
