From tailoring timelines and coordinating with other vendors, to extensive music prep, specialty edits, rehearsing names and spotlight moments, venue visits, client meetings, equipment testing, designing lighting and sound to your event space, and packing hundreds of pounds of gear, followed by expertly setting up thousands of dollars in tech and backup systems…all before working a 12-hour event day to deliver exactly what you wanted.
The unrealized truth is, the total package of a great DJ goes far beyond “just music and a few announcements for six hours.” It’s about getting the obvious details right and the unspoken nuances too; the moments no one planned for, mentioned, or even realized would matter.
