When the venue cancels the day before… we don’t panic. We pivot. 🏀🎓
The day before Raymond V’s graduation party, we found out the venue was no longer available due to a double booking. With less than 24 hours to adjust, we transformed his aunt’s home into a full basketball-themed graduation celebration.
From the welcome sign, custom water bottles, memory displays, balloon backdrop, card station, dessert setup, and personalized details — every piece still came together with intention.
Because at Xcellence Unlimited, the goal is always the same:
