Sunday May 1st! I see that we have some visitors to this page so wanted to make sure and post that the benefit is on for this Sunday May 1st! If you have a silent auction item, y ou can drop it off at the 109 or the city office otherwise make plans to join us for spaghetti lunch and silent auction on Sunday!

Well, it looks like Mother Nature wants to take center stage this weekend so we are moving this event to Sunday May 1st! Please share our post, tag your friends, and if you see a poster hanging up when you are out and about, please grab a sharpie and make a note that the event has moved to Sunday May 1st! Thank you to everyone who has already donated a silent auction item, volunteered to help or make bars, we appreciate all of you and we will see you on Sunday May 1st!

7 days out and we are ALL aware of the weekend weather forecast! Please know that we are watching it and if the forecast has not changed, we will postpone this event and schedule a new date/time! We understand our community and surrounding communities are all eager, willing, and ready to support this beautiful family! We are ready, we just need to make sure mother nature approves of our plans

Created this page so we are able to communicate what has been done/ who has been contacted/ any ideas, etc! Messaged most of you I believe but just in case Sam let me know that while she was hanging signs in Crosby/Noonan area she also talked to businesses about silent auction items so those 2 areas are done!
