THIS is what happens when "Kids will be Kids". When I posted about the cars playing chase and water gun fights- in the neighborhood and some comments were - let kids be kids - Innocent driver -DEAD, 12- 15 year olds all in the hospital - 2 critical - Stolen car in the middle of the night and this happened around 5AM on a TUESDAY morning . Where are the parents? How did they not know these kids were at home? If you are one that says "my kids wouldn't do that" - dont be so sure. Show your kids this post.

The 13-year-old boy was driving a white 2015 Kia Optima that had been reported stolen from a Germantown residence several hours earlier, according to police.
