Ranunculus 😍

They speak for themselves. Grateful it has cooled off after a very strange spring with crazy high temps.

🐸 Did you know Ranunculus comes from the Latin word for Frog. The leaves do look like frog feet?

🦁Reminds me of the word for Dandelion coming from the French for Dent de Lion (leaves looking like “Lion’s teeth.”).

Wishing I had a bride next to me to just hand these off to. Peonies are one of my favorites 😍

Honored to be a part of O and J’s special nuptials. Love the amazing Japanese wood block print with cherry blossoms specially chosen as a backdrop. I was amazed to learn the groom’s father was the Professor behind the legendary Samurai course at Harvard. My own father was also a Harvard professor. I think these were the last cherry blossoms in Boston.

Wishing you two a lifetime of love.

🌸Happy Mother’s Day!🌸

I have 3 beautiful kids and a fur baby🐕for whom I am so grateful; many of my photos are taken by them 🥰 like this one. My own mother Lin Chen has an amazing green thumb, passed on her love of flowers had a small floral business Lin’s Ikebana. 😊

It is a difficult day for many for so many reasons. I hope beautiful flowers were a part of your day - whether gifted to you, gifted to yourself, or appreciated in the landscape.

These are and they are absolutely amazing. 🌷

Due to many requests, I have added more CSA shares on the site. Hoping for another abundant season 🌸❤️🤞

These parrot tulips are to die for. The apricot parrots are in their way but for now I can’t get over this color pink. Honestly they reminded me of the Japanese fish cakes my mother served. Anyone know which type I am referring to?

Lately many people who were CSA shareholders last season have been asking about flowers this season. I can’t tell you how happy that makes me.

😍 love dahlias!! The colors and forms are unreal. The earliest history documented of dahlias was in 1570 by a physician. Many of you may not know that my career began in medicine- I have an M.D. The octoploid dahlia is simply fascinating to this diploid human.
