Woodsong's Singer Songwriter Night

I would like to introduce this new WoodSongs coffeehouse to the Bluegrass region of Kentucky. My name is John Yannelli and I would characterize myself as a seasoned older acoustic musician, heavily influenced by Paul Simon and John Prine. Having performed in the 70s and 80s in the wonderful state of Virginia, I put music down for a while to raise a wonderful family. Having moved to Lexington in 19

95, I wanted the opportunity to showcase local singer songwriters. Through the incredible work of Michael Johnathan and Woodsongs, I have been given the opportunity to host a singer songwriter night once a month at O’Neills on Richmond road. This event will be held on a monthly basis, following LexJam at Natasha’s, which is held the second Saturday of each month.
