Chimney Top Rock: short walk from the car, and the whole valley opens up at once.
Sky Bridge: easy loop, big payoff. You’ve already seen it on somebody’s feed.
Auxier Ridge: longer walk, thinner crowd. Ridgeline most of the way.
Your own window: admittedly biased, but it’s the only one where you can stay in your socks.

The Gorge is peaking right now. Save this, pick one, go.

Keeneland weekend, minus the hotel. 🐎

Three Lexington rentals, all closer to the track than you'd think.

The Kearney — three bedrooms, 15 minutes out. Easy in, easy out.
The Lynn — big backyard, room for eight. Where everyone ends up after the last race.
The Ashland — walk to dinner and a drink. The car doesn't move all weekend.

Everybody under one roof instead of scattered across three floors. Coffee in your own kitchen before first post. Somebody's cooking breakfast.

That's the difference. 🤍

Sometimes the whole plan is just: you, your person, and a dome in the woods.

No schedule. No reason to look at your phone. Just a fire going outside, trees all the way around, and enough quiet that you actually hear each other.

It's the best time of year for it, and fall weekends in the Gorge fill up early.

Your fall weekend, planned. 🍂

Friday: leave straight from work, drive through Nada Tunnel, and end up in the hot tub.
Saturday: coffee outside, Chimney Top Rock before the crowds, Natural Bridge in the afternoon, then a movie night in.
Sunday: sleep in, a short hike to Sky Bridge, and head home already planning the next one.

All you have to do is pick your place. 🤍

The South Ashland space, one MTV-style walkthrough.

Three queen bedrooms in Chevy Chase, and Allen's giving you the tour himself.

What we love about this one: two bedrooms connect (handy if the kids need to be near the bathroom), the third sits off on its own as the master, and the whole place is walkable to food and a Kroger.

Also, the small stuff. Mints and a welcome gift in the kitchen. Popcorn for movie night, we stock it. A tub-shower combo for anyone traveling with a baby. A doggy bowl, because almost every Inndoorsy property is pet friendly.

And the potpourri in the bathroom, which Alln describes as our most prized possession. We're not arguing.

Bring people. Don't bring much else.

That's the review we want. Not because the dome was beautiful, though JP said that too, but because the only complaint was that it ended.

A dome in the Kentucky woods, no schedule, nothing pulling at you.
Book the extra night. Nobody's ever regretted it.
