We spend a lot of time talking about our barbecue, brisket, ribs, and hash, but thereā€™s one item that quietly earns compliments almost every day: our Cole Slaw.

Made fresh daily using Uncle Paulā€™s famous slaw sauce recipe, our slaw has been a staple at Mauriceā€™s for generations. We start with fresh cabbage sourced locally from Senn Brothers at the Cayce-West Columbia Farmers Market, then make every batch with the same care and attention that goes into our barbecue.

And while we're known for our BBQ, our cole slaw is also a great vegetarian-friendly option for guests looking for something fresh, crisp, and flavorful. Whether you're pairing it with barbecue or enjoying it on its own, itā€™s a crowd favorite.

We get this question a lot - what foods are gluten free that you offer? The quick answer is anything without bread. However wheat, barley etc can show up in a lot of sub-ingredients. Our All Natural BBQ sauces are Gluten Free so our smoked meats are as well. But of course, when in doubt, ask us. We can always make sure dishes are prepared to meet your partyā€™s needs.

Supporting local students and athletics is something that means a lot to us. Weā€™re honored to partner with the BC High School Athletic Department by providing our catering services and BBQ for their fundraiser plate sales to help raise money for summer camps.

We were also proud to sponsor the White Knoll High School boys and girls soccer programs this year. Investing in young people, teamwork, leadership, and opportunities for students in our community is always worth supporting.

Weā€™re grateful to play a small part in helping support the next generation.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support local schools, athletics, and community programs. Together, good food can help do good things.
