Mic’d up as a Columbia SC event planner is basically a mix of decorating, problem solving, timeline checking, talking to myself, and saying the most random things while making sure every detail comes together perfectly. 😂

Behind the scenes of event setup is always full of movement, quick decisions, pretty details, and lots of teamwork. This is the part I love most, watching a blank space turn into something beautiful.

POV: your wedding day finally slows down for a golden hour moment

After a full day surrounded by their favorite people, the only thing that mattered in this moment was the two of them.

These are the moments I always tell couples to make time for. The timeline pauses, the nerves are gone, and you finally get to soak in the fact that you just got married. 🤍

As a South Carolina wedding planner, creating space for moments like this is one of my favorite parts of the job. The details matter, but so does making sure you actually get to experience your wedding day.
