We have been made aware that someone is impersonating our event and contacting vendors using unauthorized email addresses and application forms.

Please be advised:

✅ The ONLY official email address for our event is:
[email protected]

❌ Any emails from other addresses claiming to represent our event are not affiliated with us.

We have received reports of individuals being sent different application forms and conflicting vendor fee amounts from an email address that is not ours. If you receive any communication that seems suspicious, please do not submit payment or personal information until you verify it directly with us.

To protect yourself:
• Verify that all communications come from [email protected], from Richelle Alexander directly or from our official LexRockBV Juneteenth Facebook group
• Contact us directly if you have questions about applications or fees
• Be cautious of requests for payment from any other email address
• Report suspicious messages to us immediately

Thank you to the community member who brought this to our attention. We are working to make everyone aware of this issue and appreciate your vigilance.

We are officially set up outside Heliotrope Brewery for the LexRockBV Juneteenth Fundraiser!

Come by, check out our table, and grab your event t-shirts ahead of the celebration! After you shop, head inside to grab lunch!

For every pizza and salad sold from 12-3pm, $1 will go directly toward our local Juneteenth Celebration!
