On September 30, our Bourbon Dinner Series returns with Old Forester for a special fall evening at Granddam. Top Chef Season 22 winner Tristen Epps joins our own Executive Paula Endara for a four-course menu thoughtfully paired with Old Forester bourbons and handcrafted cocktails.

Throughout the evening, Old Forester advocate Nancy Bohn Hudelson will take us beyond the bottle, sharing the stories behind each featured pour.

From Quito, Ecuador, to Lexington, Kentucky, brings more than 13 years of experience and a global perspective to The Manchester.

A Foundation Bootcamp alum, her career has taken her from the Basque Culinary Center in Spain to working alongside Amazonian farmers in Ecuador and founding her own restaurant in Arkansas. Today, she leads our two restaurants, Granddam and Lost Palm, with a culinary approach rooted in culture, sustainability, and community.
