Thursday lunch - Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap with Lemonade Sugar Cookie and Friday lunch - Pulled Chuck Roast Sandwich with Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie. What will the next sack lunch be?🙂

🌞 Daily sack lunches are here to fuel the Silage Harvest journey! Day one kicked off with a hearty brisket sandwich (no photo). Day two brought a flavorful pork loin sandwich with pickled red onions, baked apple slices, and coleslaw, paired with a sweet gingersnap cookie. Today, we served a meatloaf sandwich, creamy mac 'n cheese, Mexican street corn, and a decadent chocolaty chocolate chip cookie. A reminder to stay vigilant around farm equipment! 💪

Last Friday evening, we served our “1950s Diner” meal for the RareJul Golf Fundraiser. Looking through some of my old church cookbooks helped us put together a true diner-style special:

🍽️ Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
🥗 Green Beans & Frosted Jello Salad
🥬 Stuffed Pimento Cheese Celery Sticks

For dessert, the Soda Jerks created "floats" with Pineapple Upside Down Cake or Chocolate Pudding Cake, ice cream, whipped topping, and a cherry. 🍨

And, of course, no 1950s diner would be complete without some music from the King! 👑🎤 Elvis was in the building singing “Heartbreak Hotel.”

Every now and then we get invited to serve Brunch! Farnam Founders Day was a joy to serve Hearty Egg Casserole, Sausage Gravy and Biscuit, refreshing Fruit Salad and a variety of coffee cakes.

"Beef. It's what's for Dinner" is not only a slogan but a request I get from several of our clients. Sometimes beef is the main Entree for a banquet or a wedding and sometimes it is a Sandwich for a meeting. What's your beef request and what do you want for the sides?

May was a beautiful whirlwind of flavor, celebration, and community. From packing hearty fuel for farmers in the fields to honoring new graduates, proud alumni, retiring professionals, and dedicated volunteers. We were deeply privileged to serve a lovely wedding feast and to carefully prepare a comforting spread that honored a beautiful life well-lived. This puts a "wrap" on our month of May!
We are ready for you, Summer!
