Happy 3rd birthday to our littlest employee! 💙🎉

Mavis has been part of our crew since she was still in Mommy’s belly—and she’s actually the reason we invested in our first electric dolly! 😂 Calla was convinced that hauling and picking up bounce houses was going to put her into labor, so Sly decided it was time to make the job a little easier. 😉

Three years later, she’s grown into the cutest little model, bounce house tester, and employee we could ever ask for. She’s been along for so many setups, cleanups, and adventures—and somehow, she still thinks this is all just one big playground. 🥹

We truly can’t believe our baby girl is THREE! Watching her grow up alongside Twin City Inflatables has been the sweetest part of this crazy journey.

He was just WAY too excited to wait! 😂

We were still setting up his waterslide when he couldn’t resist climbing on for a little test run. And honestly, seeing that smile made every second of setup worth it.

Moments like this are exactly why we love what we do. Yes, we get to bring waterslides and bounce houses to birthdays, but more importantly, we get to be a small part of the memories families make together. ❤️

And this little guy holds an extra special place in our hearts. He isn’t just one of our customers — he’s one of our best friends. We’ve had the privilege of watching him grow, and we can hardly believe our little buddy is already THREE!

A customer called us today in full-blown panic mode‼️ She had sent $500 to someone claiming to be a party rental company she found on Facebook… only to find out she had been scammed. 😳

The “company” was called Backyard Party Rentals — and in this case, it does not appear to be a legitimate rental business.

Unfortunately, scammers are getting REALLY good at this. They steal real-looking photos, create fake Facebook profiles, post just enough to look legit, and then disappear with your money. 🚩

Here are some HUGE red flags to watch for:

❌ No legitimate website
❌ No Google presence or real customer reviews
❌ Little to no history of posting
❌ No contract
❌ Prices that seem too good to be true
❌ Asking for large payments upfront
❌ Asking YOU to pay for their “insurance” before they’ll deliver

And that last one is a BIG one. 👀

You should NOT be paying a rental company’s insurance bill. A legitimate business should already carry the appropriate insurance for the services they provide.

This is also why we only require a deposit prior to delivery. We want our customers to feel comfortable knowing exactly who they’re booking with and what they’re paying for.

Before you send ANY money:

🔎 Google the company.
⭐ Check their Google reviews.
🌐 Look for a legitimate website.
📱 Look at how long they’ve actually been operating.
📄 Make sure you receive a contract.
💰 Compare pricing with other established local companies.

And one last thing…

If the price seems WAY too good to be true… IT IS. 😂

Nobody is out here giving away an insane amount of money off a giant water slide while hauling 600+ pounds of vinyl around in this 90° North Carolina heat. ☀️🥵😂

Protect your money. Do your homework. And when in doubt, ask questions BEFORE you pay. ❤️
