Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Faith is taking the first step, even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” As Christians, we must walk by faith and not by sight, according to 2 Corinthians 5:7, even though we might not be able to see where we’re going, but we must believe that He is with us in every step we take. The truth is, we’ve all had times in our lives when we question whether God is there at all. But faith is knowing that even though we may not see God working right now, we keep trusting, and we keep believing! Heavenly Father, help me keep the faith even when I don’t see the answers right away. Lead, guide and direct me; and give me the strength to not go astray, but to remain close to you, no matter what it looks like. Even if my faith is the size of a mustard seed, Lord, I pray that it’s watered and that you give me the endurance to continue moving ahead.
