Meet the face & story behind Sunny & Board! 🌞

Hey hey! I’m Corey Parker — founder of Sunny & Board Charcuterie, born & raised in Texas, wife to my high school sweetheart, and mama to two sweet babies. 🧡

My journey in the food industry started at 16 as a small-town carhop, then as a waitress working two jobs to save for college.

I eventually ventured off to Texas State (Eat ‘Em Up!) and worked full-time at a restaurant in Gruene Hall. Through it all, I fell in love with the hustle, the energy, and most of all—the people.

Sunny & Board was born out of that love for meeting new people & bringing them together over good food!

And now, along with running S&B, I also work as a Marketing Manager at a marketing agency—so whether it’s boards or branding, creating meaningful experiences is truly my passion.

Food connects us, nourishes us, and creates the best memories. That’s why every board and cart is filled with care, love, and a little sunshine. ✨

My hope? That when you experience Sunny & Board, you feel the warmth, joy, and positivity that inspired it.
