Answering some commonly asked questions about the concerts at academy park in lewiston:
Tomorrow 6/13 - Strictly Hip
-Do you have to have a ticket to get in?
No, there is a ticketed section for each show that is called a VIP pit ticket that ranges from $10 - $25 depending on the show, and outside of that area is Free entry! The VIP ticket gets you into the fenced in VIP area in front of the stage to secure you a good spot to see the show. There will also be cash bar access and bathroom access in the VIP section.
-are there food and drinks for sale?
Yes! There will be food vendors, as well as dessert, and other non food vendors.
There will be a bar serving alcohol and soft drinks that will accept cash and Venmo only.
-can I bring in a cooler?
No! Please do not bring in food or drinks! Please help keep these events free and support our vendors. Outside coolers will not be permitted, and security will be surveying the area to check.
-Can I bring a chair?
Yes! You are welcome to bring a chair into the concert grounds.
-where do I enter the concert?
You can enter the concert grounds through the pavilion across from hibbbards / warrens hardware store, or through the side behind the stage across from Syros.
-if I bought a VIP ticket what do I do?
If you have a VIP ticket that you bought pre-sale, you can go to the VIP entrance next to the stage or next to the bar and show them your ticket and they will give you a wristband.
-can I come in and out of VIP section
Yes! Once you have your wristband you can come and go as you please
- what time does the show start?
The show on 6/13 starts at 6:00. Doors open at 5:00 for folks who want to come in and set up chairs and have a drink. Bands start at 6:00. Opener is Tonemah, followed by Strictly Hip playing 2 sets.
