It’s a beautiful day for a wedding!

We received so many comments and questions after posting this quick bouquet yesterday, so we slowed it down and are sharing the deets so you can grow your own, too!

All the flowers seen here are perennials or “self-seeding” flowers (not technically “perennials,” but they drop their seeds in the fall and will reseed themselves next season).

Everything pictured here is grown as a perennial at the venue and is blooming by mid-late May.

Flashback to one of our May weddings of last year, 2025. This couple’s style was so unique and beautiful. We loved seeing the bold choice of mixing black and ivory linens for the reception tables. They matched perfectly with their florals, many of which the bride did herself!

They choose to splurge on an elegant and heavily decorated head table, paired with more simplistic (still stunning) guests tables. The combo was perfect!

We do have black slip chair covers for roughly 20-30 chairs, which worked perfectly for this head table.

Sometimes a wedding celebration takes over a year to plan, but it definitely doesn’t have to!

During our main wedding season we see a wedding almost every weekend, which means after 3 years, we’ve seen quite a few! And each couple is truly unique. Some book with us 18+ months in advance, some book with us only 3 months in advance.

The amount of time you’ll need to plan for your wedding weekend is completely unique to YOU. Don’t let a short planning window scare you. What do you have the capacity for?!

If you’re newly engaged and don’t want to have to wait till next year to solidify your marriage, we have a few weekends remaining in our 2026 schedule. Lean on us to help you plan the weekend of your dreams and keep things low stress. We have plenty of experience and we love what we do!

Wedding season is flowing up here and we’re off to a great start! We’ve met new, fantastic vendors and our couples have been a dream to work with. Fun, creative and interactive ideas like donut walls and photo booths.

We highly recommend Leslie with Pretty Things Decor and Rentals (find her on Facebook). She does beautiful faux flowers and has them available for rent. Check her out!
