Hello from your Stylist at Ultimate Image Salon!
I am wanting to share with you some of the health guidelines that we will be implementing once we are allowed to reopen to help keep everyone relaxed and focused on the task at hand.
Upon reopening we will be following all guidelines recommended by the, State Board of Cosmetology, as well as by state health officials. The guidelines will consist of wiping down and sterilizing chairs, door handles, and anything that clients may be in contact with while visiting the salon. We will also be wearing a mask, and ask that if you have one of your own to please wear one as well for my safety and yours. Another safety guideline we will be using is “social distancing”, which your stylist will obviously be within six feet of you 🤔😂 but as for the other stylist and their clients, we will be adhering to those guidelines strictly.
Prior to your appointment, we ask that everyone be proactive and take your temperature ahead of time, and if you are feeling sick in any way to please contact your stylist to reschedule for a later date. We will do everything we can to accommodate you with rescheduling because we would rather you stay home if you are not well, rather than risking your own health further, or another individuals health.
Upon arrival for your appointment, we ask that you stay in your vehicle and text us, letting us know that you have arrived for your appointment. This will allow us time to finish our appointment with our previous client and to clean and sterilize all equipment and our chairs before we wave you in. Once you come in we ask that you use either hand sanitizer, or to wash your hands throughly before you sit down in our chair to help assist us and yourself with staying safe during this time.
Everything we are implementing is to help in preventing any further spread of this virus, and with given time these safety procedures will be relaxed, and we will hopefully get back to business as usual. I thank you for your cooperation during these times and look forward to meeting with every one of you as soon as possible.
