Tiyan is the queen of selfies, the best hype woman, will laugh at all our stories, always has the tea and occasionally gets some work done, too!

(JK! TT is a gracious and attentive server and all of our guests adore her - but she is fun to tease!)

Soph was a shy, quiet teenager when she started working in The Lewes Room. She has blossomed into a leader and a great employee… and an awesome human. She works hard, jumps in wherever she is needed and always has a smile on her face.
