This August, we're celebrating 55 years of the Allman Brothers "At Fillmore East" with Melody Trucks, The Fitzkee Brothers & Friends. Before they take the stage, learn a little bit more about each member of the band:

Lamar Williams Jr., vocals, is carrying forward the musical legacy of his father, Lamar Williams, bassist for the Allman Brothers Band. Today, Lamar performs and records with Oteil Burbridge, Trouble No More, and The Allman Betts Family Revival, and has been tapped to tour with Oteil & Friends and sing on Burbridge’s upcoming album. His career also includes extensive touring and recording with The New Mastersounds and The North Mississippi Allstars, seamlessly bridging The Allman Brothers legacy with a living, breathing continuation on today’s stages.
