I am a self-taught chef extraordinaire (or at least this is what my husband tells me). I have had my fingers in everything food service since I can remember. Having a family and being career driven in food service was challenging but after a rewarding career it was time to take all my ideas, skills and knowledge to the masses. Vigis Parties (pronounced VeeGees just in case you were wondering) was

a part time endeavor for some time but in Nov 2016 my husband talked me into leaving the corporate catering environment and going into business for myself. I love food, people and all things parties when it comes to putting on a great event. Business Meetings, Family Events & Friendly Gatherings are my favorite events to be a part of.

Lemon chicken, garlic broccoli, Parmesan tomatoes, basmati rice, maple balsamic drizzle

Salmon Caesar with homemade protein packed Caesar dressing $18
Baby romaine, roasted tomatoes, picketed red onion , Italian cheese blend, seasoned salmon filet , creamy Caesar dressing with a side of croutons - so it can be gf!

Beach town $18
Housemade Crab cake served over a corn and tomato succotash with a creamy dijon dipping (gf)

Green goddess chicken $15
Seasoned chicken, over orzo with zucchini and sweet potatoes, arugula and served with a herby green goddess sauce

Shrimp & Cauliflower rice egg roll bowl $15
Sesame shrimp, cabbage, ginger carrots, onions, edamame, vermicelli noodles, basil, jalapeno served with a creamy chili sauce (gf)

Bacon cheeseburger quesadilla $15
Flour tortilla, chopped cheeseburger, bacon, caramelized onion, cheese, pickles, Mac daddy dipping sauce

Tiramisu overnight protein oats! $6

some served on jasmine rice (gf)

Teriyaki pork broccoli, carrots on a bed of jasmine rice (gf)

Italian Sausage & Spinach Vodka Pasta $15
Italian sausage crumble , baby spinach homemade vodka sauce, penne finished with Parmesan and basil drizzle

Melissa Summer Bowl $15
Very veggie rice -Cauliflower rice, zucchini, fresh corn, heirloom tomatoes, ground turkey, garlic, fresh herbs served with a side of pearl mozzarella to add once warmed (gf)

Southern with a Peach Kiss $18
Bbq ribs, homemade scallop potatoes, garlic green beans, and a side of peach jalapeño coleslaws (gf)
