Katz Sandwich Co Now operating as a caterer. I open “sometimes” for Grab & Go Items/Preorder Pickups on Friday 11-2.

I will always make a post of available items, for the week we are able to be open ;) I am a "custom caterer" (meaning I bring in food each week just for the caterings I have on the books. I do not keep things "on hand" and "usually" need at least 48 hours notice for anything you would like to order.) I don't use a set catering menu and would rather create something special to your taste and event

needs. All of our caterings are picked up here at the shop (I can sometimes deliver if I do not have other caterings at that time). For weddings and special events, I would LOVE for you to use my nice platters and chafing dishes, as long as you return them clean and unbroken. Otherwise, I will display everything on our disposable platters to make clean up a breeze for you. I can work with almost any food allergy/preference and truly just specialize in fresh tasty food that's affordable.

Let’s romanticize our OWN lives and the small joys every single day brings. From picked flowers in old jars, to dinners spent at home, that make eating out an actual “occasion”, and not just another meal.

I’m learning more about myself every, single, day.

The one and only truth I’ve found is that “f.o.m.o.” doesn’t really exist for me.

I’m not “missing out” on what others are doing or have that I may not “have”. I’m truly trying to be in the moment I’m currently LIVING 😍🤓😘

I do feel and go through ALL the emotions this life brings me. Sadness, heartache, loss of loved ones, joys of raising two boys, a true love for my community and too many ups and downs to count.

I LOVE BIG and open my heart to all of the genuine souls around me. The ones that choose not to “judge” others, or make comments like “At my age, I don’t need any more friends.”

For me, I’ll continue to never meet a stranger.
I’ll beat to my own drum.
I’ll dream all the big dreams…..and work my butt off to make them HAPPEN 🤓
I’ll enjoy the rain, the sunrises, HUGS, duck videos, songs sent via text, storm clouds, cutting my own grass, hanging with my kids and all the things that make EVERYTHING around us so darn SPECIAL.

I don’t “come from much” and often times, I forget to take a step back and realize…..just how far I’ve actually come.

I’ll never stop believing that this life could always be worse. So we should truly be grateful for what we do have.

Maybe, we could all learn to give one another grace to be the only version of ourselves that we know how to be!? We dont have to agree on anything in life, but wouldn’t this WORLD truly get BETTER, IF we all could learn to “treat others the way you WANT to be treated”??

Every day is a lesson learned.

Hopefully, I’m a better person tomorrow than I simply was today or yesterday 😉🤓😘

….ill jump off my “soap box” of whatever that was up above and say…

Thank YOU for allowing me to simply be the “hot mess express” person that I simply AM
