Call to register for classes starting next week!

Hi Art Lovers, Classes are beginning the week of October 28th so please call or respond to register yourself or your children soon. We have some great projects planned for the kids and a very useful adult class for all levels. Plus, our new Art 2 class for kids and an Intro to Drawing class for Adults and Teens. Info is below for all classes.
Fall Classes schedule and fees:
Art 1- Ages 5-8 Mondays 4-5:00 $80.00 All materials provided.
Art2- Ages 8-12 Wednesdays 4-5:00 $80.00 All Materials provided.
Teen Seminar- Ages 12&up Tuesdays 4-5:30 $120.00 All materials provided.
Adult Classes- Mondays 5:30-7:30 or Tuesdays 10-12:00 $140.00 Some starter materials provided. Students provide their own materials.
Intro to Drawing- 10 hr. course. Ages Teen & Adult. $250.00 Saturdays to be determined based on interest. All materials provided.
Class Descriptions:
Art 1- Students will be able to produce 2-4 projects in a variety of mediums including Acrylics, watercolor, pastels, graphite and more. We concentrate on using the principles and elements of art to create projects that help young students to improve their critical and creative thinking skills as well as their motor skills.
Art 2- While producing 2-3 projects and still concentrating on the principles and elements of art, Art2 students will spend more time developing and pushing their art to a higher level.
Teen Seminar- The Teen Seminar is an individually directed class where students, with guidance, choose their own imagery and medium to work with. Students are pushed to create art that shows their original intent using the principles & elements of art.
Adult Class- Our adult classes are designed to meet each student at their individual level and interests. The medium is up to the student as well as the subject and style they wish to work towards. We have all levels of experience and a variety of mediums in one class. This exposes artists to more concepts and learning than a typical workshop styl of class.

Please join us tonight to celebrate artists of all ages.
We hope that everyone has endured the tragedy that decimated western Carolina. While recovery is going to take a lot of time and hard work, and loss may never be recovered, our community has and will continue to come together to heal.
If you need or even can take a break from your efforts, come visit with us and see the art that our students have created during the past year. Sixteen different artists ranging from ages 8 to (we won't say ;) have their art displayed for all to see. Come join us starting at 5:00 tonight 10/4 for refreshments, art, and community.
