There was once a time we questioned whether dahlias are worth growing space.The maintenance,pests,fungus,and heavy staking of this plant often made us wonder if they were worth the effort.

Then we got bitten by the dahlia bug-and once you fall in love with dahlias, there’s no turning back!

This photo was taken in the garden the other evening.In the quiet beauty of nature,the blooms glowed in the fading night.The fleeting season makes us treasure each blooms petal closely.

Stop by this Labor Day weekend to take home these spectacular blooms and share these special petals with friends,family and guests.

Peep our natural pest controllers!🐞🐤

Our guineas spend their days strolling up and down the flower aisles,helping to keeping pressure in check the natural way.They’re hard working, busy members of the farm team and always add a little charm to have around. These routine little creatures often end their day perched atop the garden arch,quietly overseeing the garden as the sun sets.Keeping watch over the garden they call home.
🌸Nature truly has a beautiful way of working together!

The garden is in its full splendor,with blooms stretching row after row in a beautiful display of late summer color.Here and there a few rows start to empty, a gentle reminder that summer is fleeting.Every bloom tells of a season well spent. 🌻🌻

A time for every purpose under heaven.
-A time to plant and a time to pluck up what has been planted.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-2

Last night in the gardens this verse seemed to speak to me. As a few weeks earlier the bachelor buttons were making a splashing beauty with their dainty little blooms. However their season,time and purpose was done, their heads all droopy and flowers spent. Isn’t it just so marvelous when we compare our life to a flowers?
