We want to be honest with our customers about delays.
Our editing team in the Philippines has been hit hard by the recent Typhoon Kalmaegi, which caused devastating flooding and tragically claimed over 188 lives. Many of our team members are currently without homes, food, or water. Before the typhoon there was flooding. After flooding was the earthquake then the typhoon. All which knocked out infrastructure (power, internet, running water).
To make matters worse, Typhoon Fung Wong—bigger and stronger—is expected to hit all of the Philippines this weekend.
Right now, the safety and recovery of our team is our top priority. To get orders back on track as quickly as possible, we’ve shifted all editing and ordering back in-house and are working hard to process everything and get it to you as soon as we can.
