Wait... is this the FINaL ePisOdE?! Season one of our year-long documentary is nearly wrapped. Now we're just down to the final boss — ✨ inspections ✨.

After 30 episodes, countless highs, occasional breakdowns (both emotional AND structural) - we did more than build a restaurant.

We built a championship team.
A space we're fully obsessed with.
An alarming tolerance for chaos and menty b's.
And a massive pile of proof that we can do ridiculously hard things. 💪

There were plenty of moments we weren't sure we'd make it. Moments we weren't sure we wanted to.
But looking back now? We've got a hell of a story. And lucky for us, we filmed the whole 👏 damn 👏 thing 👏.

Season 2? Should we do it?! 👀🎬
