Holmes Brothers Farm Sustainable hops, poultry, and pig farm in Western NC. Established in 2008, we are now the oldest hops farm in NC.

Holmes Brothers Farm is a family-owned and operated, sustainable, small farm growing high quality hops, pasture-raised poultry, pigs, and a variety of produce in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Currently, we offer Cascade, Chinook, Brewers Gold, and Newport hop varieties. Contact us to order hops, inquire about our meat products, or to schedule an event!

We were honored to host the wedding of our sweet friend’s this weekend who downsized their guest list from 150 to 30 people due to Covid. So much love went into every aspect of the wedding- from the flowers to the incredible food, including our farm raised pig smoked overnight by the best pig smokers around.
