BIG NEWS! We have a secret we can finally share!

After a lot of thought, we recently decided to put 48 Fields up for sale and see what happens. We did this with no expectations other than knowing it could take 1-3 years to find the right buyer. Very much to our surprise, we got a lot of interest very quickly. Long story short, 48 Fields officially has a new owner! And she may seem quite familiar to some of our past couples.

I am so excited to share that Macy Schilling with Schilling Wedding Planning will be taking over 48 Fields!

For those wondering, what does this mean? Not to worry! Macy intends to keep things running just as they are but to grow even more. She has such excitement and energy for this new journey! And I’ll be helping her with the transition for the next three months.

Rest assured, 48 Fields is not ending. Only our time with it. We have full confidence that our couples will enjoy working with Macy and that she will expertly serve as venue host for weddings when their dates arrive! She is very passionate about continuing the legacy of 48 Fields and working with all our amazing couples.

It has been an incredible 12 years since we began 48 Fields, and I will cherish all the memories we’ve been so fortunate to experience with our past couples, families, guests, and vendors. Thank you all - you'll always have a special place in my heart and I hope to continue to cross paths again!

With this post though, I’m handing over the reins of the account to Macy!
