I don’t know about you, but what really burns my buns as a guest is poor communication, unclear arrival instructions, and waiting forever for a drink. So, we always start our planning process from the guest’s lens.

Pretty is great, and nowadays expected. But the guest experience has to match.

And sometimes, that means your budget needs to support the things guests may never actually see: enough bartenders to keep the line moving, additional greeters to manage arrivals, and the right staffing behind the scenes to keep everything flowing.

Because a beautiful event that feels frustrating? Not quite as beautiful.

And while we’re not rushing summer out, we are going to go ahead and say it: Holiday party season is coming.

You don’t need a theme picked out. You don’t need to know what the centerpieces look like. You don’t even need to have the whole vision figured out.

Real talk: I love having the photos. Taking professional photos? Not quite as much.
