So, we had a special catering job today and got to give back a bit to some well deserving Veterans. Honored for being chosen to help make the event a little more special. Big fans of these guys after meeting them, they have hearts of gold.

What have we been up to? Lots of summertime catering! Corporate and VIP catering at the NHRA races, a fabulous baby shower where our mini lobster rolls were a hit, to-go UNH team meals with subs, backyard BBQs with our fresh burgers, our Carolinas style pulled pork and homemade sides, an amazing field wedding for 300 guests, 3 days of dinner for a shooting club competition where we received big compliments on our lasagna, drop off luncheons for participants in a multi-day class, an alumni BBQ with our Marinated Steak Tips and Chicken Breast, and a BBQ for Veterans and their families where our Pulled Pork Tacos were the go-to. As an off site catering company, we work with a variety of clients and at many different venues. We recently catered a backyard BBQ for a graduation party. Last weekend we catered a breakfast for nearly 300 guests at the annual PCA (Portsmouth Christian Academy) Tuition Assistance Benefit Auction. Such a great cause.
