Dear Friends,
I want to first THANK YOU for all the support and encouragement as I began this venture about a year and a half ago. I was blown away by the love and positive comments when I first launched Sweet Stems. It was an incredible adventure and learning experience.

Although today’s announcement is a sad one and one I did not expect to have to make, I am grateful for all that I was able to accomplish. Starting a floral business was a dream that I decided to make a reality. It was one where I started knowing absolutely nothing. It was one where I threw myself into a brand new world and navigated uncharted waters. It was one where I failed many times but rose up even more. It was one where I was able to bring joy and smiles to many faces, including my own. All experiences I will have with my forever. I am grateful for all of it. However, today is a little bitter-sweet.

Due to the impact of our current state of affairs, my business has been brutally affected. I have made the difficult decision to close. My main mission, focus and intentional efforts need to be positive ones for myself and my family. Unfortunately, running a business during a pandemic resulting in losses, does not serve my mission.

Although I am sad to see this end, I am okay. I know that life is full of ups and downs. I have had many and I am always okay. God is with me, leading me, and protecting me.

Thank you again for your support. I encourage you all to go after your dreams, take the risks, go where you haven’t gone before. I promise, the efforts will be worth it and you will learn so many amazing things about yourself along the way.
