Raised on a farm in Byrdstown, Tennessee, Ed Riley grew up working the farm and truly lived the term "Farm to Table". He loved spending time in the kitchen with his mom and grandmother and many of their recipes are still used in our kitchen today. From there it grew to a few events here and there for friends and family, to today Two Fat Men Catering serves over 500 catering events each year. We have always embraced an "un-catered" approach to food, one which honors fine ingredients and creative execution. We listen to each client and provide a distinctive menu that's prepared and presented in a way to delight and inspire. In an environment of ever-changing service styles and food trends, Two Fat Men Catering stays on the forefront with one thing in mind: a delightful and memorable food experience. Recipes for 5 to 5,000 guests are developed, not copied. Our culinary team first considers each new dish with the question, "What brings about the best flavor, texture and appearance?" Our culinary experts then meticulously refine each recipe. Our menu offerings are constantly evolving to suit changing tastes and dining trends. We were honored to work with the Wilson County Veteran's Service Office on the Second Annual No Vet Left Behind Benefit Gala. We honor and appreciate all who have served and are currently serving.

Attendees enjoyed appetizers of macaroni and cheese bites, chocolate bacon, egg rolls and bologna pony rolls. The dinner buffet included a mixed green salad, yeast rolls, marinated grilled chicken with maple bacon and white Alabama sauce, raspberry chipotle pork loin. Dessert featured apple and peach cobblers with our homemade vanilla ice cream.

It was a great night! Special thanks to The Mill at Lebanon for helping to make this such a special event.
