We got back from vacation Wednesday, and we jumped right back into the wedding craziness! 💐💍

We’re busy prepping for THREE weddings this weekend, all while keeping an eye on these crazy storms headed our way! 🌧️ But rain or shine, we’re ready to make sure our couples have the most beautiful, memorable, and stress-free wedding days! ❤️

And the excitement doesn’t stop there! Yesterday we had THREE wedding consultation calls, and one of those sweet couples has already officially booked and paid their deposit! 🥰

💍 Wedding Planner vs. Wedding Coordinator vs. Venue Manager — who actually does what?

This is one of the most common questions couples have, and understanding the difference can make a HUGE difference when deciding what kind of support you need for your wedding. 🤍

🌿 WEDDING PLANNER — “We help you plan it.”
Your planner is with you throughout the planning process. We help with your budget, vendors, contracts, design, logistics, timelines and all those little details that eventually become your wedding day.

🌸 WEDDING COORDINATOR — “You plan it. We bring it together.”
You’ve done the planning—we step in closer to the wedding, organize the details, communicate with vendors, finalize any timelines and then manage the moving pieces on wedding day.

🏛️ VENUE MANAGER — “Take care of the venue.”
Your venue manager is an important part of the team! Their primary responsibility is the venue itself—its property, staff, policies, operations and whatever is included in your venue contract.

🥂 AND YOU? — “Enjoy every minute.”

Your job is to get married, celebrate with the people you love and actually experience the day you’ve spent so much time planning. 🤍

As a small, home-based, family-run business, we are incredibly grateful for every inquiry, message, and couple who chooses to work with us. 🤍

We do our very best to respond to messages, emails, quotes, and questions in a timely manner, but we also balance family life, events, floral work, and everything that happens behind the scenes of running a small business.

We’ve updated our 2026 business hours to help us create a little more balance while still giving each of our clients the time and attention they deserve.

During business hours, we will respond as quickly as possible. Messages received outside of those hours will be answered during our next available business day. Fridays and Saturdays are by appointment only, as these are often reserved for weddings, events, setups, and client appointments.

Such a fun night for Magnolia Sisters yesterday!! 🌸🏈✨

We had the honor of providing all of the florals for the annual Nashville Chamber of Commerce event at Nissan Stadium last night, and what an incredible setting it was!

From the colorful centerpieces to the smaller floral touches throughout the field, we loved bringing a little Magnolia Sisters beauty to such an iconic Nashville venue. There’s something pretty special about seeing our design sitting right on the field at Nissan Stadium! 💐

We’re so thankful for opportunities like this that allow us to step beyond weddings and be part of corporate events, community celebrations, and special occasions throughout Middle Tennessee.

This past weekend, Magnolia Sisters had the honor of providing Day-of Coordination for this sweet couple, and what a stunning celebration it was!

From making sure the ceremony and reception spaces were ready, keeping vendors and the timeline on track, handling all those little behind-the-scenes details, and making sure the day flowed smoothly — our job was simple: let our couple and their families be fully present and enjoy the day they worked so hard to plan.

And THAT is why we love day-of coordination. 🥹 You plan it. You dream about it. Then when wedding day arrives, you deserve to hand over the clipboard and just get married. 🥂
