🔥This is Alice and this is her story, her journey, her pain and her success, so far.

I was stuck, feeling hopeless to ever feel alive and thriving again. There were days my total steps amounted to 11. It was such a dark time. But I only marginally recognized the funk, the dark fog, the misery I was in. I kept pushing on. Slowly, painfully, as necessary. And then I would suffer for days afterwards. Eating was a full time occupation. Food noise (that chatter in my brain that was continually deciding what was going into my mouth next) was relentless! I weighed 318 #, my knees and hips hurt and always felt like they were going to give out under the weight. The brain fog so so severe, I felt unsure I would be able to care for my clients. My husband was fearful for my life. Yet, I plastered a pained smile on my face and kept going, like a shamble man. Hollow and empty inside.

After photo taken July 18, 2025:
7 months have passed now. My first 'goal' was to see if these drops really worked! In just 5 days, I saw a darkness lift from my soul. In 14 days, I saw 16 # drop, and the brain fog lifted from my brain. In 21 days, I saw 20 # had dropped, and suddenly I realized I was smiling, for no reason. It was no longer forced, it just was! And the knee and hip pains were gone. And the joy of life returned. And the food noise silenced! All this with no cravings? I was stunned. I was thrilled. I was in awe. My next goal was to fit in an airplane seat so I could fly to see my four grandboys. As you can see in the "after" photo, I've now reached that goal! I've also dropped 53 #, and gained a whole new level of joy, energy, purpose, and life.

My next goal, to drop to 220 # by my 66th Birthday in November. Keep watching for more updates along the way!
