Fred is the president of the North American Natural Bodybuilding Federation, (NANBF) and the Co-Chairmen of the International Fitness and Physique Association, (IFPA). Fred believes strongly in drug-free athletics and drug tested events. His goal is to promote natural drug tested events throughout the U.S. and abroad. The 2020 show season is here, it's time to see how all the new Pros will do standing up against the seasonal Pros in the organization.
We all enjoy the great competition that we go against on stage at these great shows.
Here's just a few of the competitors you might be standing next to on stage.
So, hopefully everyone had a good off season, because we are looking forward to seeing all the improvements made by each competitor.
Just remember the 5 P's Proper, Preparartion, Prevents, Poor, Performance, and if you didn't know, now you do...
