I have a question—I'm considering teaching an online photography course for children, I'm guessing it will be geared to ages 8-12, of course parents and/or adults are more than welcome to join so long as you understand it is geared to children. The course would include:

1. History of Photography
2. The Photographer's Toolkit
3. Photography Terms
4. Exposure (or 3 Kings)
5. Camera Settings
6. Lighting
7. Composition
8. Photography Careers

This will include over 100 PowerPoint slides and will be done via FB live or Zoom (I'm still kicking all this around).

This is something that I will be purchasing and it has a limit as to the radius from my home that I can use it. I guess that makes it so others aren't walking all over each other digitally. LOL! So basically that includes the Austin area down South to San Marcos, North and West to Lampasas, Burnet, Marble Falls, East to Taylor, Elgin and Bastrop. Basically within 50 miles from my home.

So I'm wondering if there would be any interest in this.

What's the cost? I'm thinking $20 per family unit.

Obviously I'd need to have enough interest to cover my cost of the material but I figured with everyone stuck at home, maybe this would be a great time to learn some photography skills. I'm very interested in your feedback. Please reply to this post.

I haven't done much with photography for the past 9 months, there has been more important things requiring my attention. However, I'm gearing up for a "restart" so if you're thinking about family pictures, senior pictures, Mother's Day, maternity, whatever … let me know, I'm sure I can fit you into my schedule. Also, if you recommend someone and they book a session, you get $50 off your next session.

Ok, here's the big news (to me). I've been working on this for about a month, trying to get everything functioning as it needs to. I'd say I'm about 90% there. There is still a little to do, especially in the area of adding shoots to the Client gallery, but everything is seems to be functioning right. In the next few months I'm planning to attach my own domain name to the site, but for now I will stick with the free site.

If you don't mind, check it out for me. I also need a couple of you to book a session … note - this is not an actual booking, I just want to check that it is functioning properly. There will be a place for you to add a message, just put something like "test" or "not an actual booking" so I know.

I was not the shooter at this wedding of my step sister Adrian (Wass) Denman but my granddaughter was flower girl. Of course when something like that happens this photographer isn’t about to let it go undocumented.
