First week of graduations done! Before I lay my head back down, I just want to say how deeply humbled I am for another year of being your go to for leis. Every year brings pressure knowing I can’t always say yes to everyone, but this year, I prepared better one sleepless night instead of two, and only 4 hours of sleep the three days before that! Progress 🙌🏽
I’ve met even more beautiful faces this season, and for my returning families especially those celebrating their last high school grad it’s always an honor. I haven’t forgotten the families in farther cities who still struggle to get leis from me you are my heart project, and I’m not giving up on you.
Mahalo nui loa to everyone who traveled near and far. Your aloha and support humble me deeply.
One more week of high school grads, then it’s on to college celebrations and a wedding! Every milestone deserves a lei.
Here’s my favorite piece from this week created with full freedom and heart, a lei po’o (Chamorro: mwar mwar). When you trust me to create freely, the beauty only grows. 🌺
