Hey sweet friends,

After 10 years of offering weekly meal prep, I’ve decided to take a break for the next few months to fully enjoy my daughter’s senior year. This is such a special time, and I want to be present for every milestone and memory.

I truly appreciate your support over the years and will keep you updated on when I plan to resume. Thank you for understanding, and I look forward to serving you again in the future!

Happy New Year, everyone! 🎉

We’re kicking off the year with a brand new menu that will be available for pickup this Tuesday! (Menu will be posted later this afternoon) This year, we’re focusing on more PROTEIN. Each meal will pack in 25-30 grams of protein, but don’t worry – we’ll still offer low-carb options too.

I’m also super excited to collaborate with my friend Felicia, a personal trainer, who’s offering a 8-week strength training program designed for busy, midlife women like us! I’ll be featuring a few of her meal/snack ideas as part of this program. If you’re looking to feel stronger, more energized, and nourish your body with simple, delicious meals, check out her program! I’ll drop a link in the comments so you can learn more.

There are two ways to join, plus an early bird special that runs until January 5! I hope you’ll join me in making this year the strongest one yet! 💪

This weeks menu will look a little different!
We will be on vacation for the week of Thanksgiving so we are offering Thanksgiving day sides in 9x13 pans.
These sides will be available for pickup this Thursday Nov. 21.
Just freeze, thaw the night before in the fridge and reheat!
Deadline to order is Tuesday Nov 19.
