💜 Thank you to all those who have reached out with support and positive comments over the last week.
I truly believe that clean, toddler friendly playgrounds are essential to every community! I've done my best over the last two years to provide such a space and it's been a huge part of my life. I've met wonderful people and learned endless life and business lessons along the way.
Unfortunately, New Play is the 3rd indoor toddler playground in Northern Utah to close permanently within the last 8 months. The 4th is listed for sale now as well. The overhead and maintenance are extremely high, visitation is lower than expected - particularly during months with good weather, and the commercial real estate market is very expensive.
I'm a LOT poorer and more exhausted than I was 2 years ago, but still grateful for the experiences I've had at New Play.
I hope to see you all at least one more time before closing day! 💜
