💍 Why Do We Charge an Appointment Fee? Let’s Talk About It… 😉

We get this question a lot: “Why do you charge for bridal appointments?”

Because apparently gowns don’t zip themselves, stylists don’t work for champagne and compliments, and our dresses have yet to learn how to put themselves back on the rack. 😂

But seriously… your appointment is so much more than trying on a few dresses.

When you book with us, we are staffing specifically for YOU. Your stylist is there to listen to what you want, pull gowns based on your vision, prepare your fitting room, help with sizing and fit, zip, clip, fluff, accessorize, give honest opinions, and help you find the dress that makes you say “THIS IS IT!” 👰‍♀️❤️

Our appointment fee also helps us know that you're serious about shopping and committed to showing up. When you book, we schedule staff specifically for that time. If someone doesn't show, we've still paid our employees to be there, prepared the fitting room, and may have turned away another bride who genuinely wanted that appointment.

When a bride spends an hour trying on gowns with us and then orders that same gown online, our business still pays for the employee, rent, lights, cleaning, gown care and all the time that went into creating that experience.

We LOVE helping brides find their dream dress. ❤️ We simply want to make sure we're creating that experience for brides who are genuinely shopping with us — not becoming the world's fanciest free dressing room. 😂

We're not charging you simply to walk through our doors. We're charging for the time, expertise, service and experience that comes with shopping at a local bridal boutique.

So yes, we have an appointment fee.

Not because we don't want you to shop with us — but because we want to be ready for you when you do. ✨
