I’ve been talking a lot about gaining customers, so I’ll be real—I also had to let 2 go this week.
One was the ‘skip until it’s a jungle, then call us last minute’ type. That doesn’t work for us. If you want consistent, quality work, it has to be consistent.
The other was just too detail-heavy for the price point. Nothing wrong with being picky—but you can’t expect premium-level service at budget pricing.
We do solid work, show up when we say we will (most of the time—we’re human), and we price very fair for what we deliver.
If you’re looking for reliable and reasonable, we’re a great fit. If you’re looking for perfect at the lowest price possible, we’re probably not your crew.
