The Lawrence County Arts Council is located in Lawrence County Illinois. We promote the arts and volunteer our services to our community. You can help too!

The Lawrence County Arts Council’s vitality and artistic excellence relies upon many dedicated volunteers and our gracious donors. Supporters’ contributions cover such overhead as royalty fees, advertisement costs, printing of posters and programs, custodian services, lumber and hardware for sets, theatrical lighting and sound equipment, make-up and costumes, props, scripts and musician’s fees. Wi

th support from organizations and individuals, we can continue to present theatre that will entertain and educate our audiences, as well as train actors, directors, and technicians. Monetary gifts are tax-deductible and greatly appreciated. LCAC also welcomes non-monetary contributions in the form of goods and services from local businesses and individuals. Please consider remembering the Lawrence County Arts Council in your Will or estate. Whether it is a designated dollar amount, or a percentage of your estate, any level would be greatly appreciated. The Lawrence County Arts Council is recognized by the IRS as a 501(C)3 not-for-profit organization, therefore your monetary gifts are fully tax deductible. Finally, become involved! The Lawrence County Arts Council is a collaborative effort, and welcomes volunteers in all aspects of our community endeavors.

LCAC's week-long day-camp is open for all students entering 3rd through 6th grades who want to have fun in the performing & visual arts. This week is going to be WILDLY FUN!..

WHEN: July 6-10, 2026, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 1:00 pm CDT.
WHO: For students who will be entering the 3rd grade through entering the 9th (Freshman) grade.

COST: $10 per student; $25 max per family. Cost includes t-shirt. Pay with Cash, Check, Card, or Venmo.
