WANTED

BARTENDER
Bartenders needed for all shifts for newly opening Lawrenceville based Guyanese / Caribbean Restaurant. Should have a working knowledge of Alcohol service and be licensed with a certificate.

KITCHEN STAFF
Kitchen hands should know their way around a commercial kitchen and understand the basics of cleaning and sanitizing for sinks, floors and bathrooms, and personal. Ready and willing to perform preparatory work for cooks. Coordinating between cashier and cook staff in preparation and delivery of Ordered dishes. Keeping kitchen organized and functional.

COOKS
Cooks needed for 7am – 3pm, 3pm-11:00pm, and 11:00pm to 7am. Must be able to follow recipes and instruction on dish creation. Manage food Orders for inhouse and delivery. Must also be able to work independently. Should be able to perform “short order” cooking. Serve Safe certificate not mandatory but is a plus.

Chefs
Chefs needed for event catering, brunch, meal prep and catering. Serve Safe Certificate is a plus.
