A few updates/changes moving forward in 2027 --
We've been so blessed with so many of you celebrating with us! Our event business is mostly weekend-focused work and for us to prioritizes our clients, setups, and own personal life events, we're implementing some changes in 2027.
*We LOVE creating a perfectly curated space for each event that books us. In order for us to fully pour into our space, we will only accept one booking on Saturday and one booking on Sunday for walk in ready events. (This does not apply to room rentals - see below).
*Signature by Shiny Shindigs events will also be factored into our new booking schedule - our Mocktail Bar and Grazing Tables have became a HIT for weddings, special events, and businesses so we will be giving that the special focus it deserves as well.
*Room Rentals have been a popular option for a clean, affordable, local space. We will move to designated 5 hour room rentals and keep the same price (one more hour for FREE). Room rental options will be 8am - 1pm or 1pm - 6pm.
*We've built a clientele of repeat customers that have allowed us to help celebrate in their homes and businesses. For us to continue to support these relationships that have supported us from day one, we will give our mobile balloon setups priority to our existing mobile clientele only.
*No outdoor balloon setups. One stress that we can mark off our list because weather, wind, and heat can be so unpredictable. We will still offer grab & go garlands that you can conveniently pick up from our space & use wherever you would like!
*Deposits - a hot topic but we can't keep loosing money off last minute canceled bookings. To reserve your date, we will require a $50 deposit on room rentals & a $75 deposit on walk in ready events. At three weeks out, that deposit becomes nonrefundable & nontransferable. We will be completely open to accommodating major life events that may arise out of your control.
