This is important if you have or will book balloons with me. Please read and initial.
Hey guys! This isn’t the type of post that I like to make but we need to talk.
I am having such a hard time with people not paying their invoices but still expecting services. 🤯 I have tried to be lenient in the past because I understand finances and timing with parties is a little chaotic. I understand it’s just balloons but these balloons you’re requesting are also taking away time from my family and money from my own pocket when you’re not willing to pay. I have asked in the past that you pay your 50% deposit to book. This deposit has always gone towards your materials. None of that is profit for me. Balloons are expensive. If you need to see the price breakdown, I will gladly send it to you. So when you don’t pay your balance before your party, you’re saying you’re okay with me working for free and that’s not okay. It’s rude.
From here on out, all balances will be due 48 hours before your party or I will not be doing your balloons and your deposit will not be refunded. You also will not be allowed to book again.
I hate to be like this. If this doesn’t work, I will have to request 100% be paid at the time of booking. I have tried to be nice and kind about this but at this point, I’m giving too much. I am one person doing this out of my home. I have a husband and two little girls. Not to mention, this isn’t my only “job.” I have to start being fair to those who pay on time, my family and myself.
I’ll end this rant by saying thank you to those who do pay on time. It does not go unnoticed and it makes my life so much easier. I truly appreciate you more than you know. ❤️
