It’s time for and some fun! ✨🎉

My name is Cheryl Yiadom, Principal Wedding and Event Planner and the proud Owner of Lotus Event Management .

I started in 2003 after planning a successful Black Student Union (BSU) Fashion Show and Dinner, which commemorated Black History Month, for four years in college. I received an award from the President of my college and several people recommended that I consider a career in Event Planning. In 2003 I took the leap, planned my first client Wedding and I haven’t looked back since.

Today my team and I plan numerous events from Multi-Cultural Weddings, Corporate Events and fabulous Social Events as well.

Last year marked our 20th year of planning events and we are so honored and grateful to still be doing what we love for our incredible clients. 🎉✨

Some about me are:
▫️ I am a proud Ghanaian-American 🇬🇭 and will always rep the best jollof in the world 🏆😊
▫️Purple is my favorite color 🟣
▫️I speak 3 Languages 🌍
▫️My favorite Season is Summer because I am a Summer Baby aka Leo 🦁♌️
▫️I absolutely love Event Design and I can visualize and entire event and design in my mind, before writing or drawing anything, which is a gift ✨ that I am very grateful for
▫️ I love wearing bright colors now (I have a funny story about this that I will tell another time) but I love bright pinks, orange and yellow.
