Week by week, our historic barn rehabilitation continues to move forward. It’s been incredible to watch this place come back to life, and we’re deeply grateful for the support of so many talented people and businesses across Pennsylvania.

We are incredibly grateful to the team Cleveland Brothers for their outstanding support as we prepare our farm for the upcoming concert.

When our only excavator unexpectedly broke down, we still had nearly 30 acres of land to clear. Without hesitation, the Cleveland Brothers team stepped in and provided us with a 40-ton CAT 340 excavator and a CAT 963 Crawler Loader, allowing us to continue making tremendous progress toward getting the property concert-ready.

A special thank you to Jimmy Sarver, Liz Palmer, Alex Shultz, Mike Bevilacqua, and the entire Cleveland Brothers/CAT team for your generosity, partnership, and commitment to helping us succeed.

We would also like to recognize Brian Edmiston, our property manager; Dan Holnaider, our farmhouse and barn rehabilitation contractor; and our outstanding equipment operators, Tim Saporito and John Manz. Not pictured: Marc Billett and Jade Tallentire. Their hard work, dedication, and expertise have been instrumental in transforming the property and keeping this project moving forward.
