I've been eating in Vegas for years and just discovered this spot.

The Library at the Reserve inside Park MGM.

Nobody talks about it. Walk in and you're hit with 25,000 books floor to ceiling.

The whole vibe feels like you're playing Clue. Old school library energy but make it luxury.

Dead quiet. No slot machines. No chaos. Just you and whoever you brought.

I had the special. Golden crusted halibut. This fish tasted like candy. Like butter and ocean mixed with something I can't even name.

My girl got the branzino. She kept looking at me like she didn't want to share. That's how you know it's good.

This place used to be NoMad Library before MGM and Marriott teamed up and rebranded it.

No gimmicks, just 2 great dishes and a side for under $200 out the door.

This Casino Has a Secret Steak Deal

Here's the steak deal at the Palms that nobody's talking about.

Serrano Vista Cafe.

Thursday night.

I walked out with my girlfriend after two full meals for under 60 bucks.

At a Vegas strip casino.

Let me say that again. Under 60 bucks. For two people. At a casino on the strip.

I got the Thursday special, a 16 ounce T-Bone steak for $24.99. She got the Lomo Saltado for 18 bucks.

First, the Big Apple Coaster.

This thing wraps around the entire outside of the hotel.

You're gonna hit 67 miles per hour while you're suspended 200 feet above the Las Vegas Strip.

It was one of the first coasters in the world to pull off a 180-degree heartline roll.

That means you flip completely upside down while your body rotates around your heart.

It feels like zero gravity for three full seconds.
